The register, always current
Every owner and tenant, which flat they are in, and how to reach them. Each member keeps their own details up to date, and decides who can see their phone number.
The numbers everyone hunts for
The plumber, the lift company, the 24-hour pharmacy, the administrador. Colour-coded and one tap to call from a phone — the card in the meter cupboard, but never out of date.
Problems, reported once
The gate is broken. Neighbours add themselves rather than sending the same message forty times, so the committee can see what actually affects people — and everyone can see it is in hand.

Every community gets a guide that explains each part in a line, and a table of exactly what each role can do. Written by the portal about itself, so it cannot go out of date.
No passwords
Members sign in from a link we email them. Nobody is ever locked out, and the president never resets anything.

Every member reads the portal — and every email it sends — in their own. Half your owners are not Spanish.
Private by default
Nothing is public. Each member chooses who sees their phone number, and can delete everything of theirs in two clicks.
